REQUIREMENTS
Complete Higher Education in the area of Information Technology or Bachelor's degree in other areas with specialization in the area of Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in managing sophisticated enterprise server ecosystems, encompassing OS optimization, virtualization technologies, automation frameworks, event monitoring, and fortifying cybersecurity measures.
In-depth experience with innovative infrastructure solutions, including Cisco UCS Servers and NetApp data management hardware, ensuring robust and scalable storage capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and VMware ESXi, displaying a strong command over essential server management and virtualization platforms.
A solid understanding of cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure), data protection strategies with Rubrik backup solutions
A track record of successful project involvement, from planning and execution to process optimization.
Flexibility to undertake occasional business travel, both domestically and internationally, to support global operations and strategic initiatives.
Commitment to participate in a rotational on call 12x7 shift schedule monthly, maintaining high availability and responsive support channels.
Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work model, effectively balancing remote and in-office responsibilities to meet dynamic organizational needs.
Exceptional bilingual communication skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English, facilitating clear and impactful exchanges in diverse professional settings.
