Your duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and evaluate options, provision and deploy client applications - along company standards / guidelines

  • Concept, develop, and implement mobile device related solutions and processes

  • Manage lifecycle and vulnerability and support client apps and mobile devices

  • Optimize existing systems: use cases, performance, stability, security, costs

  • Anticipate, collect demand, align with global stakeholders & company requirements

  • Optimize China PC performance, ensure system availability and reliability – in collaboration with global team

  • Manage IT projects, vendors, some contractors

Your profile

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer Science study and comparable professional experience of at least 10 years. 

  • Strong analytically and conceptually, ability to think big-picture, create wholistic concepts. 

  • Strong communication, ability to present complex solutions to management and users, to align within a complex stakeholder landscape in English. 

  • Management of complex technical projects 

  • Friendly approach, respect for the opinion of others, intercultural knowledge. 

  • Very good technical knowledge in the environment of:

  • 1) Windows operating systems, Citrix terminal servers, client/server applications and the software packaging of Windows applications (MSI, App)  

  • 2) Mobile device knowledge: Android and iOS internals, management platforms as Samsung Knox, Google play store, Apple Appstore, mobile device management system like MS Intune 

  • 3) Software distribution, Powershell, SQL databases, Power BI, programming and administration of Windows / IOS / Android operating systems in single and / or multi-user operation 

  • 4) Lifecycle and Patch management of Windows, Android/iOS systems 

  • 5) In-depth understanding of China and oversee network infrastructure
