Your duties

  • Support IT services within the global Collaboration team, focusing on Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Bookings, and Microsoft Places.

  • Design solutions following industry best practices and provide third-level escalation for global infrastructure.

  • Drive technological advancements to enhance digital capabilities, reduce costs, or implement new services.

  • Collect business requirements and document processes to manage changes.

  • Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and platform management.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for business process changes.

  • Ensure data compliance and support governance activities.

  • Lead data migrations during acquisitions and divestitures.

  • Troubleshoot and manage service and support issues, liaising with internal and external service providers.

  • Conduct user training and promote the use of Microsoft 365 and collaboration applications.

  • Foster multinational and cross-functional collaboration and communication.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (regional and international).

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 implementation, support, and administration, especially Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.

  • Basic PowerShell knowledge required; experience is a plus.

  • Experience with Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Places, and O365 governance is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Micro Focus Service Management Automation X (SMAX) is a plus.

  • Open-minded, adaptable, self-directed, and motivated with strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, including change management, is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently or within a team and manage resources effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting virtual and in-person training.

  • Experience in project teams and leading small IT projects preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with global colleagues.

  • Proficiency in English a must, German is a plus.
